How to choose centrifuge?
The purpose of using centrifuge is separate water and solid impurity from coconut milk,make the coconut oil become pure.
1)If the solid content of coconut milk is very low,less than 1%:Just use 3phase GF series tubular centrifuge or 3 phase DHY type disc centrifuge to extract coconut oil directly.
2)If the solid content of coconut milk is more than 1%:Firstly use flat filter centrifuge to leach solid,secondly use 3 phase GF series tubular centrifuge or 3 phase DHY type disc centrifuge to remove tiny solid and water.The advantage of coconut oil centrifuge:
1)High speed and big separation factor,separating clarification degree is very high.
2)No use heat device, oil quality is high.
3)No use chemical product, save cost.
4)The material that contact to coconut oil is made of stainless steel ,and meet food grade.

It is used for separating various emulsion, especially adaptable for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matter, such as  separation of various oil and micropowder, extract liquid from plants, blood plasma and blood cell separation,separation of milk cream.

Structure and Principle                                                           
It is high speed separator.The separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The mainshaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with buffer.
The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
GF model is a separating equipment where there the liquid phase of large density is formed into outer ring and the liquid phase of small density is shaped into inner ring, to flow to the top of bowl,to be discharged out from their respective liquid outlets. The micro solids settle on the wall of the bowl and are to be manually dumped after the machine is shut down.

 Tubular Centrifuge  Working Principle:

Tubular Centrifuge consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting tray and liquid inlet bearing seat etc. On top of the bowl is the flexible spindle and at the bottom is the damping floating bearing. The spindle is coupled with driven wheel by buffer on the coupling seat. The motor transmit power to the driven wheel through drive belt and tension wheel, thus for the blow to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet at the bottom, and the centrifugal force compels the clarification liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and the clarification liquid flows out from the outlet. The solid deposit in the bowl and it will be discharged by manual after the machine is shut down.
