Zonelink Tubular Centrifuges are high-speed separation systems designed for demanding liquid-liquid, liquid-liquid-solid, and fine solid-liquid separation applications. With centrifugal forces of up to 15,000 × G, they are suitable for processing emulsions, low-concentration suspensions, fine particles, and materials with small density differences.
The GF Series Tubular Centrifuge is primarily designed for liquid-liquid and liquid-liquid-solid separation, particularly for emulsions and mixtures containing a small amount of solids. Typical applications include oil purification, pharmaceutical liquids, biological fluids, edible oils, plant extracts, and oil-water separation.
The GQ Series Tubular Centrifuge is designed for difficult solid-liquid separation, especially where the suspension has a low solids concentration, high viscosity, fine particles, or a small density difference between the solid and liquid phases. It is suitable for pharmaceutical liquids, biological materials, proteins, enzymes, pigments, resins, rubber solutions, and other fine-particle suspensions.

It is high speed separator. It has better separation. The separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The mainshaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field. The product sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density.
