Zonelink Disc Stack Centrifuges are designed for continuous liquid clarification, liquid-liquid separation, and liquid-liquid-solid separation in demanding industrial processes. The DHY Series is designed for liquid-liquid and liquid-liquid-solid separation, making it suitable for applications such as oil-water separation, skim milk processing, and the clarification of liquids containing small amounts of solids. The DHC Series focuses on liquid-solid separation and is commonly used for juice clarification, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and the removal of fine solids from process liquids.
With centrifugal separation factors typically ranging from 5,000 to 9,300, Zonelink Disc Stack Centrifuges provide efficient continuous processing for high-volume production. Automatic feeding, separation, cleaning, and solids discharge can be integrated with PLC control to improve operating efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Disc Stack Centrifuges are widely applied in oil and fat processing, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical and biotechnology processing, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and industrial fluid clarification. Depending on the model and material characteristics, processing capacity can reach up to 10 tons per hour.
The separated material will be input into the heart of separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump.The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. Main FeaturesThe machine is a two-phase automatic slagging separator, which can realize automatic slagging of liquid-solid separation. Structure and PrincipleThe motor is driven by the hydraulic coupler and spiral gear pair, and the drum rotates at a high speed around the axis line. The disc rack inside the drum is filled with discs to effectively increase the equivalent settling area. The material liquid flows from the upper central feeding tube to the bottom of the drum, and tends to the wall of the drum through the diverter hole under the disc holder. Under the centrifugal force field, the phase heavier than the liquid is deposited on the drum wall to form sludge, and under the control of the sliding drum, the drum is discharged through the slag discharge port.
