Product Description

The bowl will be driven by the main motor by the friction clutch and screw gear pair to rotate highly around the mainshaft,Stock liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top to the bottom through the charging pipe.And then passes through discs seats to the bowl's space. The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall bu the centrifugal force and then under the control of the side bowl drained out of the residue outlet but liquid phaseis fully settled down to the bowl wall by the centrifugal force field and then under the control of the slide bowl it is drained out ofthe residue outlet but liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs to drain out by the centripetal pump.

It can widely used in the area of the separation of many kinds of oils, just like oils, plant oils, animal oils, fish oils, and various fuel oils, etc; The clarification of milk products, the fruit juices and separation of beer, as well as separation and clarification of fermentation liquids during fermentation brewing.

The separated material will be input into the heart of separator, i.e. the drum. By the strong centrifugal force field, the material (hybrid liquid) passes the separation partition consists of disk string, by taking the neutral holes in disk as the separating surface, the liquid in higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral holes along disk wall, and the heavy residue will accumulate at the residue-settling area, and the soap residue will flow toward the big centripetal pump.The liquid in lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along disk wall, then assemble at the small centripetal pump. The heavy and light phase will be output separately by small and big centripetal pump.

Structure&Principle

The two phase disc centrifuge is suitable for solid and liquid two phase separation.The separated raw liquid is fed into the heart part of the machine,the inside of the drum.
