Equipment material

1. The drum body, the drum cover and the piston are made of high strength stainless steel, and the locking ring is made of high strength chrome-nickel stainless steel.
2. Disc, import and export and cover equal to the material contact parts are made of 304 material.
3. The frame is made of high strength cast iron, and the surface of the fuselage is treated with high temperature baking paint.
4. Contact with the material part of the sealing ring material is silicone rubber.


Application


1. Beverage: Wine, tea, coffee and beer.  

2. Juices: Vegetable juices, various kinds of fruit juices

3. Vegetable oil: Coconut oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil, core oil, palm oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil

4. Animal oil:  Fish oil and other animal oil.

5. Mineral oil: Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils.

6. Dairy Milk:  Milk degrease  

7. Fermented liquids: Bacterial or fungi mass after fermentation  


Electric control

1. The separator is controlled by PLC program, with touch screen display, and equipped with safe operation alarm system (that is, it will alarm if the operating parameters exceed the safety data range of the equipment).

2. The system has three operating water valves, through the corresponding solenoid valve for sealing, slag discharge and flushing action.
4. The equipment is equipped with vibration sensor, when the vibration of the equipment is higher than the first set value, the system will send out an alarm, when the vibration is higher than the second set value, the system will automatically stop.
5. The system is equipped with a current transmitter in the circuit of the motor to detect the current of the motor in real time. When the motor current is higher than the rated current of the motor and lasts for 2 minutes, the system will send out an alarm.
6. The equipment is equipped with slag discharge current alarm, when the amount of slag discharge does not reach the set requirements, the machine will automatically alarm.

7. Electrical control cabinet (Jouneng), motor (Wannan), PLC (Siemens -S7-200 SMART), touch screen (Schneider, 7 inches), other low-voltage electrical components using Schneider brand.


Supply scope

1. One main machine, including motor and drum.
2. One main electric control cabinet
3. A set of spare parts and wearing parts (user manual for details)
4. A set of special tools (user manual for details)
5. Accessories: a set of operating water (including slag discharge, sealing, flushing solenoid valve and operating water pressure gauge), a set of import and export pipe fittings (including import and export pipe, metal hose and pipe pressure gauge).


Technical requirements

1. Power supply 380V, 50HZ, three-phase five-wire system.
2. Operation water requirements:
(1) Softened water, solid content less than 0.001% (V/V), maximum particle diameter: 50um.
(2) Pressure 0.3-0.4mpa.
(3) Chloride content less than 100ppm
(4) The hardness of water is less than 180mgCaCo3/L.


Equipment support and after-sales service

(1) The warranty period of the product shall be 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the equipment, and the product acceptance shall be conducted within one month after the equipment arrives at the customer's site;

(2) Training: In the process of design, manufacturing, installation, debugging and after-sales service, Party A's technical personnel and operators shall be trained on site until they are proficient, so that Party A's personnel can independently and normally use and maintain the equipment after Party B's personnel leave.

(3) During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem of the equipment, Party B shall reply within 24 hours and arrive within 48 hours to solve the problem, and all costs shall be borne by Party B. In case of failure caused by Party A's improper use, Party B shall charge the corresponding cost.

(4) Party B will provide quality tracking services irregularly after the completion of installation and debugging.

(5) After the warranty period, we will continue to provide free telephone technical support, and charge relevant fees for on-site service according to the actual situation.
