Industrial Dryer Machine Working Principle and Features:
Pure water has the highest evaporation speed under boiling condition. At normal pressure, pure water starts to boil at the temperature of 100℃, under vacuum condition, as vapor pressure in the system is lower than that of material surface, boiling point of water is under 100℃,e.g. When surface is at 0.07MPa, water will boil at the temperature of 70℃, the higher of vacuum pressure, the lower of boiling point. In the vacuum dryer, evaporated water can be removed quickly by the vacuum system, therefore, this dryer has larger drying capability although it’s under lower operation temperature.
Material is under static conditions during operation of the equipment, which is benefit for keeping initial status of material, intermittent operation can adjust process conditions at any time.
On the top of FZG series dryer, heating system is arranged to tackle the problem of return of condensed water, in addition, air suction is arranged at the side to improve drying efficiency.
This equipment can be used for low temperature drying and solvent recovery, heat sources can be steam, hot water or heat conducting oil.
It is specially suitable for materials that is easily oxygenated during drying.
Industrial Dryer Machine Features:
It can get higher drying speed at lower temperature and the heat energy can be used fully.
It can dry at low temperature or can dry heat sensitive raw materials.
It can dry raw materials that contain solvent and the solvent needs to recover.
Before drying, it can carry out disinfectant treatment. During the period of drying, any impurity can not enter in it.The dryer belongs to static vacuum one, the shape and volume of raw materials can not be damaged.
Pharmaceutical machinery manufacturer
Pharmaceutical machinery refers to specialized equipment used in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of pharmaceutical products. This includes machines for mixing, granulating, tableting, filling, coating, packaging, and inspecting drugs. These machines ensure that medicines are produced efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with industry standards for quality and safety.
Key Applications of Pharmaceutical Machinery
- Manufacturing solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules.
- Producing liquid formulations including syrups and injectables.
- Creating sterile products that require stringent contamination controls.
- Packaging and labeling finished products for distribution.
Systems of Pharmaceutical Machinery by Dosage Forms
Solid Dosage Form (Tablets or Capsules)
Mixers: For blending ingredients of tablets or capsules to ensure uniformity.
Granulators: Machines that agglomerate powders into granules to improve flow and compressibility.
Tablet Presses: Machines that compress powder or granules into tablets.
Coating Machines: Used for applying protective film or sugar coatings to tablets, enhancing stability and patient acceptance.
Capsule Fillers: Equipment that fills capsules with powder, granules, or liquid.
Capsule Machines: Devices that close and seal capsules after filling.
Liquids Dosage Form
Mixers and Homogenizers: Equipment that blends ingredients to create uniform solutions or emulsions, such as syrups and suspensions.
Liquid Fillers: Machines that fill bottles or vials with liquid medications, ensuring precise dosing.
Sterilizers: Used to ensure that liquid products are free from contaminants, especially in injectable formulations.
Semisolid Dosage Forms (Gels, Ointments, or Creams)
Mills and Mixers: Machines that grind and mix active ingredients with excipients to create uniform semisolid formulations.
Cream Fillers/Tube Fillers: Equipment for filling tubes or jars with gel, cream or ointment.

Essential Features for Selecting Pharmaceutical Machinery
The pharmaceutical industry features strict regulatory standards, necessitating high-quality machinery that can ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key features when selecting pharmaceutical machinery include:
1: Customization
Your pharmaceutical machinery should not only be high quality, but also tailored to your specific products and processes. Even the most advanced machine on the market is ineffective if it cannot fit your specific needs.
2: Automation
Automation is essential for staying competitive. It enhances production speed, precision, and consistency while reducing human error and increasing throughput. Additionally, automation supports compliance with sanitary regulations by minimizing personnel contact with products, thus lowering contamination risks.
3: Ease of Cleaning
Integrated CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) systems facilitate efficient cleaning and sterilization. They save time and effort by eliminating the need to manually disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment. By reducing maintenance downtime, they enhance your facility’s productivity.
4: Safety
Look for safety features that protect operators and ensure safe operation, such as safeguards against hazardous material exposure, emergency shut-offs, and user-friendly controls. These safety features not only protect personnel but also prevent costly operational disruptions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
5: Reliable After-Sales Services
Reliable after-sales support is essential for minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal machinery performance. Choose suppliers that provide comprehensive maintenance and support services.
