Structure and Principle

The motor is driven by the hydraulic coupler and spiral gear pair, and the drum rotates at a high speed around the axis line. The disc rack inside the drum is filled with discs to effectively increase the equivalent settling area. The material liquid flows from the upper central feeding tube to the bottom of the drum, and tends to the wall of the drum through the diverter hole under the disc holder. Under the centrifugal force field, the phase heavier than the liquid is deposited on the drum wall to form sludge, and under the control of the sliding drum, the drum is discharged through the slag discharge port. The light liquid flows along the outer (upper) cone of the conical disc to the axis of the upper light liquid centripetal pump and is discharged with the light liquid outlet. The heavy liquid flows upward along the inner (lower) cone of the disc to the drum wall and then flows upward through the heavy liquid centripetal pump.

This machine is a three-phase or two-phase automatic slagging separator, which can realize liquid-solid or liquid-liquid-solid separation and automatic slagging. It can be operated automatically or manually as required. It can realize remote automatic operation of the machine, single structure, easy maintenance.

DHY series disc separator is a special equipment for oil refining with high speed, smooth, airtight, high efficiency and automatic slagging. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-grade stainless steel material, effectively reducing the chemical interaction between the separated material and the surface of the contact part. The separated light and heavy phase materials are respectively output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes. The machine adopts the form of upper feeding, and the inlet pressure of the material is low. The power transmission adopts the hydraulic coupler and a pair of spiral gear transmission, the use of liquid to transfer power, not only the growth rate is stable, but also the overload protection.

The slagging action of sliding piston is automatically controlled by PLC, which has high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment and convenient adjustment.

This machine is widely used in the process of degumming, desoaping and washing in the continuous refining of vegetable oil, and is one of the best equipment in the modern oil refining process. At the same time, the machine is also suitable for light industry, chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries in different proportion of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid equal emulsion separation.

By using the principle that light, heavy or solid phases with different densities and insoluble each other in the mixed liquid (corrosion liquid) can obtain different sedimentation rates in the centrifugal force field, the purpose of separating and delamination or settling the solid particles in the liquid can be achieved.

The material {cloudy liquid} enters the inside of the rotating drum from the feed tube. Under the action of strong centrifugal force field, the material passes through the separation interval of a set of disc bundle, with the neutral hole of the disc as the interface surface, and the liquid (heavy phase) with larger gravity moves along the disc wall towards the neutral hole and flows towards the large centripetal pump (upward centripetal pump). The heavy slag (impurities, sludge) accumulates in the sediment area; The liquid (light phase) with smaller specific gravity moves inward and upward along the disc wall, converges to the small centripetal pump (downward centripetal pump), and the light and heavy phases are respectively output by the small centripetal pump and the large centripetal pump.

When the control valve leads the sealing water into the high-speed rotating drum and enters the working water chamber at the lower part of the sliding piston, the generated centrifugal pressure pushes the sliding piston upward, compacts with the sealing ring on the drum cover, closes the slag discharge port, and forms the seal of the working cavity of the rotating drum.

When the control valve leads the slagging water into the upper chamber of the seal seat, the centrifugal pressure generated will press the seal seat downward, overcome the pressure of the supporting spring, open the three water discharge valves, and the sealing water in the lower chamber of the sliding piston will be quickly discharged. Under the centrifugal pressure of the treated materials in the rotary drum, the sliding piston will fall, and the accumulated heavy slag will be quickly discharged from the slag discharge port on the rotary drum.
