DHC series disc separator is a special equipment for high-speed, smooth, sealed, efficient and automatic slagging. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-grade stainless steel material, effectively reducing the chemical interaction between the separated material and the surface of the contact part. The motor rotates at a high speed around the main shaft through the clutch helical gear pair, and the feed liquid flows from the upper central feeding tube to the bottom of the rotating strand, and flows out under the disc holder towards the rotating drum wall space. Under the centrifugal force field, the solid particles with a larger proportion in the feed liquid sink towards the rotating drum wall, and can be discharged through the slag outlet under the control of the sliding rotating drum. The liquid phase moves to the center after full settlement of the disc and is discharged by the centripetal pump.
