Main Features

The machine is a two-phase automatic slagging separator, which can realize automatic slagging of liquid-solid separation. Strong separation capacity, separation factor between 5000-9300, strong production capacity, up to 10 meters/hour: strong mobility, according to the need for automatic or manual operation, can also achieve remote automatic control operation, simple machine structure, easy maintenance.

DHC series disc separator is a special equipment for high-speed, smooth, sealed, efficient and automatic slagging. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-grade stainless steel material, effectively reducing the chemical interaction between the separated material and the surface of the contact part. The separated light and heavy phase materials are respectively output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes. The machine adopts the form of upper feeding, and the inlet pressure of the material is low. The power transmission adopts the hydraulic coupler and a pair of spiral gear transmission, the use of liquid to transfer power, not only the growth rate is stable, but also the overload protection.

The slagging action of sliding piston is automatically controlled by PLC, which has high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment and convenient adjustment.

This machine is widely used in light industry, chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries of different proportion of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid equal emulsion separation.



Main Purpose

It is mainly used for liquid-solid and liquid-solid separation with solid matter between 1-10% and solid phase particle diameter greater than 0.5 micron. For example, oil: vegetable oil, animal oil, fish oil, crude oil, all kinds of fuel oil, lubricating oil separation, clarification, dairy clarification; Food: clarification of juice, separation of beer, separation and clarification of fermentation liquid in fermented brewing products; Pharmaceuticals: Extraction of vaccines, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotics, vitamins. Chemical: solvent of dry cleaning agent, galvanizing solution, aluminum sulfate solution, tar water mixture, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, silver (film processing) and recovery of catalyst and magnet ore; Chinese medicine: separation and clarification of plant extracts.

Structure and Principle

The motor rotates at a high speed around the main shaft through the clutch helical gear pair, and the feed liquid flows from the upper central feeding tube to the bottom of the rotating strand, and flows out under the disc holder towards the rotating drum wall space. Under the centrifugal force field, the solid particles with a larger proportion in the feed liquid sink towards the rotating drum wall, and can be discharged through the slag outlet under the control of the sliding rotating drum. The liquid phase moves to the center after full settlement of the disc and is discharged by the centripetal pump.

This machine is a ring valve automatic slagging type, its working process, according to the different requirements of the material, adjust the separation and slagging cycle and other parameters (such as slagging time, slagging interval, etc.). Due to the use of PLC control, the operation is convenient, the display is intuitive, and the degree of automation is high. A small amount of sediment can also be completely discharged from the machine during the separation process, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the workers to shut down and clean the drum, as well as the economic loss caused by the shutdown and cleaning.
