Main Features
1. The cover is made of stainless steel with close type. The inner tablet surface is also applied with stainless steel materials which could keep surface luster and prevent from being polluted crossly, comply with GMP requirement.
2. Equipped with organic transparent window which could help to observe the status of pressing piece. Side blank could be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain.
3. All monitors and operating components are in good order.
4. Applying with frequency changing, speed regulating apparatus to do electricity regulation. The convenient operation and smooth revolving are safe and correct.
5. It is equipped with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.

Cf-1 anti-sticking powder sprayer
Main features
1. The spray speed and sprayed powder quantity is adjustable by controlling the compressed air pressure and the rotation speed of the screw shaft;
2. Very easy operation and compatible to different tablet press machines;
3. Different spray heads can be customized according to tablet press machine model;
4. The spray head has two slots through which the powder can be sprayed onto the punch head, and the extra powder will be collected by the dust collector
5. The parts which contacts the material is 316L stainless steel, and the non-metal parts are white POM safe material, which can meet FDA standard.
6. Machine surface is very smooth and very easy to be cleaned

Performance
This sprayer is used to spay the anti-sticking powder, like magnesium, onto the punch heads (both upper and lower punch heads), forming a very thin powder film on the punch head surface which will prevent the sticking material like sugar, effervescent material and catalytic material from sticking onto the punches.
Working ways
Add the anti-sticking material, like magnesium, into the hopper, and the blade inside the hopper will blending the powder continuously, at the same time, the screw shaft will transfer the material into the mixing container little by little. The compressed air will go inside the mixing container and get mixed together with the powder, and then mixed air-powder go along the pipe and will be spayed onto the punches through the spay head.
