The machine is a horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge. The main machine is composed of cylinder-cone drum, screw discharger, differential system, bearing seat, frame, cover, main and auxiliary motor and electrical system. The working principle is as follows: the suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral discharge port. Tubular centrifuge has the advantages of high separation coefficient, large capacity, small footprint, easy operation, etc., in the pharmaceutical, health food, beverage, chemical industry to separate liquid-solid or liquid-solid materials. It is an ideal centrifuge, utilizing the centrifugal method, with a minimum particle size of 1 um, suitable for distillation, condensing and clarifying materials, small gravity differences, small and few solid particles and high erosion products.
Structure and principleThe plate type direct-connected filter centrifuge has a rotating drum as its main component, and a direct-connected motor drives the rotating drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, and under the action of the centrifuge, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet at the bottom of the plate, and the solid phase remains inside the drum. When the rotary drum filter cake reaches the loading limit specified by the machine, stop feeding. Then the washing liquid is added through the washing tube to wash the filter cake and discharge the washing liquid at the same time.

Structure and PrincipleThe motor is driven by the hydraulic coupler and spiral gear pair, and the drum rotates at a high speed around the axis line. The disc rack inside the drum is filled with discs to effectively increase the equivalent settling area. The material liquid flows from the upper central feeding tube to the bottom of the drum, and tends to the wall of the drum through the diverter hole under the disc holder. Under the centrifugal force field, the phase heavier than the liquid is deposited on the drum wall to form sludge, and under the control of the sliding drum, the drum is discharged through the slag discharge port.

It is high speed separator. It has better separation. The separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible mainshaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The mainshaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field.
