Zonelink FL Series Fluidized Bed Granulators are integrated pharmaceutical processing systems designed to combine mixing, granulation, and drying within a single closed vessel. This one-step process helps simplify production workflows, reduce material transfer, and improve processing efficiency.

During operation, powder materials are fluidized by heated and filtered air inside the processing chamber. A binder solution is atomized through a spray system and distributed over the fluidized powder, causing particles to agglomerate and form uniform granules. Continuous airflow removes moisture from the granules while the binder solidifies, producing consistent and porous particles suitable for downstream pharmaceutical processing.

All product-contact components of the FL Series are constructed from stainless steel, while an inflatable silicone sealing system helps maintain a controlled processing environment. The closed design reduces dust leakage and external contamination and supports efficient cleaning between batches.

The FL Series Fluidized Bed Granulator is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other powder-processing applications where controlled granulation and drying are required. Process parameters such as airflow, temperature, spray rate, and granulation time can be adjusted according to material characteristics and production requirements.
