If four hook not here, the machine can not lift, when the compressed air into main tank, if the tank has pressure, the up cover and down cover will seperate. You can hook up and down cover, let the product outlet. But the pressure inside of the tank not more than 1 bar.

Heater: it is heating the jacket water, the jacket must have water when you heating. Temperature sensor: it is show the temperature of the jacket Bottom valve: product out or discharge clean water Water inlet or discharge water: this pipe for water inlet when you heating. It can not heat without water in the jacket. If you do not use this machine for long time, you can discharge water.

Working principle
Prepare:
1. Put the machine on the flat floor
2. Connect the electric wires
3. Connect the water inlet pipe and outlet pipe
4. Fill water into the jacket
5. To check the direction of the vacuum motor, the homogenize motor are clockwise or not when you turn on the machine. the homogenize has the mechanical seal so it can not work without product.
6. If the vacuum pump is water type, must connect the cooling water for the vacuum pump, otherwise it is broken, if it is dry vacuum pump, no need connect the cooling water inlet .
7. To check all the valves, meters, heater are work under good condition or not
8. To check the temperature is correct or not
9. Must take care the temperature not higher than 105 degree, the pressure inside tank not more than 1 bar.

Operation
1. First fill raw material into the oil water and water tank, The material which is dissolved into oil, then fill into oil tank, The material which is dissolved into water, then fill into the water tank.
2. Then heat the water tank and oil tank, mix the the raw material
After complete mix, then transfer to main tank by vacuum
3. Heat the main tank first, then turn on the vacuum pump, suck the raw material from oil tank and water tank to main pot , then turn on the mixing and homogenize according to your program.
4. After finish the product , you can discharge the finished product from the bottom by gravity or by transfer pump or by compressed air, or you can pour out by hand wheel. If you have vacuum inside tank, you can release the vacuum first by filter.
