Introduction

Production: You can monitor the status of each signal and choose various labeling methods
Pedal start: press to start in the pedal mode and automatic object detection mode
Single label: single label labeling method, after starting, the equipment will stop after affixing a label to the product
Double label: Double label labeling method, after the equipment is started, after the first label is pasted on the product to be labeled. After the time set by the labeling delay, the second label is attached to the product, and the equipment completes a labeling cycle.
Positioning single label: positioning single label labeling mode; after starting, the equipment drives the product to be pasted to rotate, and the positioning electric eye senses the positioning reference position before labeling the product, and stops after completing a label.
Positioning double label: Positioning double label labeling mode, after starting, the equipment drives the product to be labeled to rotate. The positioning electric eye senses the positioning reference position and then labels the product. After one label is completed, the second label will be labeled after the time set by the labeling delay, and the equipment will stop.
Count clear: the current count can be cleared and reset
Planned Quantity: You can set the output of the labeling products to be produced here. After the output reaches this number, the equipment will automatically prompt that the production is enough.
Trial operation
Put the bottle on the labeling station and observe the position of the label on the workpiece. Adjust the position of the label attached to the workpiece by moving the positioning lever on the left
(When selecting a model with a coder, adjust the position of the code after the trial paste. For details of the code, please refer to Appendix 1)
After adjusting the labeling machine according to the above steps, the perfect labeling operation can be carried out.
