The Zonelink LWL Series Horizontal Screen Centrifuge is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation and dewatering of suspensions containing solid particles from approximately 0.05 to 10 mm. Its horizontal configuration combines screen filtration with continuous spiral conveying, making it suitable for high-capacity industrial processing.

During operation, the feed enters the centrifuge and is distributed onto the rotating screen under centrifugal force. The liquid phase passes through the screen and is discharged through the liquid outlet, while the separated solids form a filter cake and are continuously conveyed toward the discharge end by the spiral conveyor.

The LWL centrifuge integrates feeding, filtration, washing, dewatering, and solids discharge into a continuous process. Its high centrifugal force promotes efficient liquid removal, while the spiral conveying system provides consistent solids transport and discharge.
