The LWL series decanter centrifuge is operated at full speed,continuously feeding the suspension,dewatering.washing,unloading and other processes are completed continuously,with high production efficiency and automation,and it is an advanced solid-liquid separation equipment When the machine is running first turn on the power,the main engine starts and automatically increases the speed.When the predetermined value is reached,the feed valve opens,and the separated material suspension continuously enters along the feeding pipe,and enters through the small and wall of the screw wheel.The material holes are dispersed to the drum wall.Under the action of centrifuge force.the liquid phase in the suspension is thrown out through the filter screen and the holes on the drum wall,and is discharged out of the machine through the filtrate outlet of the casing.and the solid phase is intercepted in the On the filter screen.a thin layer of filter residue is formed.In the centrifugal force field,because the filter residue has a centrifugal force that points to the big end along the drum generatrix,and the screw blade rotates to produce a thrust towards the big end,these two forces push the filter residue from the small end of the drum to the big end.At the end,the filter residue is constantly turned by the spiral leaf during the process.which greatly strengthens the separation process.The solid slag from the large end of the drum is discharged to the outside of the machine through the slag discharge port of the machine housing to achieve solid and liquid separation.
