Under the action of centrifugal force field, the solid material in the material moves to the wall of the drum and finally settles down. When the liquid phase is clarified to meet the requirements, the speed of the drum decreases to the speed of the skimmer and the clarified liquid is skimmed out of the machine through the liquid outlet pipeline. The solid substance is trapped inside the drum and forms the filter cake. Finally, the drum drops to the unloading speed (30-100r/min), the scraper starts to scrape, the filter cake is scraped down, the solid phase is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the centrifuge, the scraper rises back to the initial position, and a cycle process is completed.
