Zonelink BG Series Tablet Coating Machines are designed for efficient and uniform coating of pharmaceutical tablets, pills, and other solid dosage products. The coating system provides controlled spraying, drying, and film formation within a clean and enclosed rotating drum to achieve consistent surface coverage and coating quality.

During operation, tablet cores move continuously inside the rotating drum, creating a controlled mixing and rolling pattern that promotes uniform exposure to the coating medium. The coating solution is sprayed onto the tablet surface while heated air and controlled exhaust remove moisture, allowing the coating layer to dry and form a smooth, dense film.

The BG Series can be configured for different coating processes, including organic film coating, water-soluble coating, controlled-release coating, and sugar coating. PLC and HMI control systems allow operators to manage key process parameters and support repeatable production conditions.
