Main Features

This outside part of machine is fully-enclosed, it's made of stainless steel to meet GMP standard.

1. It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and can be opened, maintenance is easier.

2. It can make single and double-layer, and tablets have impressed letter on both sides.

3. All controller and devices are located in system to avoid damadge of punches and apparatus when overload occurs.

4. The machine's worm gear drive adopts fully enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life to prevent cross pollution. 

This sprayer is used to spay the anti-sticking powder, like magnesium, onto the punch heads (both upper and lower punch heads), forming a very thin powder film on the punch head surface which will prevent the sticking material like sugar, effervescent material and catalytic material from sticking onto the punches. 

Add the anti-sticking material, like magnesium, into the hopper, and the blade inside the hopper will blending the powder continuously, at the same time, the screw shaft will transfer the material into the mixing container little by little. The compressed air will go inside the mixing container and get mixed together with the powder, and then mixed air-powder go along the pipe and will be spayed into the punches through the spay head.

● The spray speed and sprayed powder quantity is adjustable by controlling the compressed air pressure and the rotation speed of the screw shaft.

●  Very easy operation and compatible to different tablet press machines.

●  Different spray heads can be customized according to tablet press machine model.

●  The spray head has two slots through which the powder can be sprayed onto the punch head, and the extra powder will be collected by the dust collector.

●  The parts which contacts the material is 316L stainless steel, and the non-metal parts are white POM safe material, which can meet FDA standard.

●  Machine surface is very smooth and very easy to be cleaned.
