Machine Feature:
1、 The packing material of the triangle bag machine is nylon,non-woven fabric material imported from Japan, which is non-toxic, no bacteria, heat-resistant high quality food grade material conforming to our national safety inspection standard. The machine uses a unique sealing method - ultrasonic.It can seal tightly, safely, reduce the width of the extra edge, avoiding any waste of packing material.
2、The frequency of our ultrasonic sealer can reach more than 20KHz, which frequency is high enough for tight sealing of nylon or corn fiber, it's able to make a flat & smooth sealing and cutting for bags.After long-term testing, the stability of our ultrasonic frequency makes our machine work continuously for 20 hours a day with no defective products produced.
3、This machine can also pack the triangle tea bags in outer envelop bags (3-side sealing sachet) to prevent tea from getting damp, also it's available to filling nitrogen in the outer envelop bags to keep the tea fresh.
It's available to equiped date printer on the machine to print production date and expiry date on the bags.
