Our company has developed the PGS series flat-type unloading and washing centrifuge for cannabis products. Compared with the ordinary PS series filter centrifuge, it has increased low-speed soaking, washing, low-temperature cold preservation, and high-grade explosion-proof. The machine belongs to intermittent and manual unloading centrifugal separation equipment.
Working process: feeding---low-speed immersion-- forward and reverse rinsing---washing, separating---stopping and unloading
1) Two functions drum: the machine is for the transmission position, adopts three-stage sealing device, and has two functions of soaking washing and filtering separation.
2) Low temperature cold storage: The main drive adopts low temperature grease and low temperature resistant imported bearings, and can pass the lowest -60 °C
alcohol solution. And in the equipment casing to do the cooling cavity, reserved for import and export, the user can charge the cold source to cool. At the same time, a heat insulation interlayer (jacket) is installed on the bottom part of the outer casing and the flat plate, and the rock wool (thickness 1-2 cm) is filled inside to ensure the temperature of the alcohol solution;3）Closed visual function: This machine is fully closed and has a full open cover structure. The upper cover is equipped with alcohol filling inlet, mirror port, observation port, explosion-proof lamp mouth and explosion-proof lamp;
Centrifuge equipment operation steps:
1. Start the appliance and add the dry hemp filter bag , spend the marijuana as much as possible to avoid excessive vibration caused by the uneven feeding. The motor starts, the low speed is 0-60 rpm, and the alcohol solution is soaked at the low speed. Wash, the length can be adjusted.
2. The medium speed separation is 800 rpm and the speed is increased to 1200/min, and dehydration is carried out. The separation process ends and stops.
