Usage

It is suitable for capsule, tablet, honey pill, candy, liquid (ointment), syringe as well as irregular shape Al-al, Al-plastic or paper-plastic packing in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc.

Feature

1. Equipped with fiber-optic or inductive checking mechanism, which can eliminate by itself the waste plate with lack of tablet or other packed material, with recovery rate of 100%.

2. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, with novel structure, stable running, low noise and long service life.

3. Forming mould, hot-sealing mould and pressing mould adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change molds and material saving.

4. Heat-sealing station fixed, forming, pressing and cutting spare parts can move freely to adjust the distance and easy to change molds.

5. Manipulator towing, adjustable travel range, it can be suited for blister packing of various sizes. Flat plate structure can pack special shape products, such as: elliptic shape, square shape, triangle shape etc.

Take standard plate 80*57mm as an example:

57mm*2=114mm ≤130mm

80mm (between 40mm and 140mm) ≤ 140mm

It will be 2 plates per cut.

1) For capsule al-al packing: 20 times/min.

20*2*60=2400 (plates per hour)

2) For capsule al-plastic packing: 40 times/min.

40*2*60=4800 (plates per hour)
