4. Content:

4.1. Preparation before operation

4.1.1. Confirm that the tubular centrifugal machine turns drums and has no foreign body.

4.1.2. Confirm that the supply of cooling water, nitrogen, and electricity in tubular centrifuge is normal.

4.1.3. Confirm that the tubular centrifuge is fixed and intact.

4.1.4. Confirm that the bolt of the tubular centrifuge is fastened, and there is no loose.

4.1.5. Check whether the tubular centrifuge mouth cover is sealed tightly and whether the material valve is closed.

4.1.6. Confirm that there is no foreign body in the tubular centrifugal machine that is cleaned in the drum, and the manual disk is not stuck.

4.1.7. Confirm that the pipe valve of the tubular centrifuge has no leakage.

4.2. Operation steps of using tubular centrifugal machines

4.2.1. The rotating tubular centrifuge of the oil cup of the bearing of the liquid inheritance makes a small amount of lubricating fat enter the bearing surface.

4.4. Maintenance of tubular centrifuge

4.4.1. Each shift is checked whether the material of the tubular centrifuge is sealed, whether the feed mouth is sealed, and whether the material valve is lightweight.

4.4.2. Operators and maintenance workers should use the means of watching, touching, and listening to see the appearance, rising temperature, listening to sound, and determining whether the equipment is running normally.

4.4.3. Open the rear cover every month to lubricate the transmission site and bearings of the tubular centrifuge. And observing the oil level of the reducer, the lubricant must be supplemented in time, and replaced with impurities, pollution, or decomposed and aging -aged metamorphic oil in time.

4.4.4. Check the electrical control cabinet and the host grounding line of the tubular centrifuge every month to ensure that the pipe -type centrifugal machine is well grounded.

4.4.5. Open the rear cover every quarter, and give the tube -type centrifuge rotating chain plus butter and tighten the chain.

4.4.6. Check the connection of the tubular centrifugal motor, belt wheels, sprocket wheels, bearing seats, etc. every quarter to keep it at any time.

4.4.7. The high -speed bearing of high -speed wheel components and spindle transmission parts of the tubular centrifuge, with a high -speed lubricating box lubrication per quarter.

4.4.8. Check the belt wear of the tubular centrifuge every quarter, and replace it if necessary.

4.4.9. In the quarter, the motor bearing of tubular centrifuge is added with lubricating oil.
