4.1. Preparation before operation

4.2. Operation steps of using tubular centrifugal machines

4.4.2. Operators and maintenance workers should use the means of watching, touching, and listening to see the appearance, rising temperature, listening to sound, and determining whether the equipment is running normally.
4.4.3. Open the rear cover every month to lubricate the transmission site and bearings of the tubular centrifuge. And observing the oil level of the reducer, the lubricant must be supplemented in time, and replaced with impurities, pollution, or decomposed and aging -aged metamorphic oil in time.
4.4.4. Check the electrical control cabinet and the host grounding line of the tubular centrifuge every month to ensure that the pipe -type centrifugal machine is well grounded.
4.4.5. Open the rear cover every quarter, and give the tube -type centrifuge rotating chain plus butter and tighten the chain.
4.4.6. Check the connection of the tubular centrifugal motor, belt wheels, sprocket wheels, bearing seats, etc. every quarter to keep it at any time.
4.4.7. The high -speed bearing of high -speed wheel components and spindle transmission parts of the tubular centrifuge, with a high -speed lubricating box lubrication per quarter.
4.4.8. Check the belt wear of the tubular centrifuge every quarter, and replace it if necessary.
