Part1. Bottle Blowing Machine

PREFORM LOADING
Performs put into loading hopper, then the conveyor raise the performs to perform unsbreller, hence the performs will be arranged well on the guider. The performs will go into equipment automatically. This type of loading complete automatic control, high efficiency without damage to performs.
HEATING ADJUST
The heating head will receive performs automaticly and continuously, and performs average round self running, can get suitable reasonable heating when moving through heating area. Blowing machine adopts to far infrared heating controlled by silicon, every line of the lamps can control temperature independently. If lamp no electric, machine will alarm test automaticly. The air flow in heating area, and the perform neck protection device both designed precisely, in this case, perform can get ideal temperature heating, also bottle neck no influence. If necessary, temperature testing device can help adjust temperature automaticly. Each class of the heating temperature showed on the meter, easy look, easy operate.
STRECH BLOWING
PLC can control the mould frame open and close precisely. Easy and stable mould frame structure, lead to easier mould changing. Mould locking and pressure enlarging system is special. Blowing data of each cavity is controlled by touch screen very easier, it has good testing function. The special structure of the blow mouth ensures stable sealing no matter different blowing pressure, and also ensures finished bottle rate.
BOTTLES EJECTING
After blowing, robot hand will take finished bottles automatically and test bottles, if bottles not well automatically knick out.
This ensures the continuously production. The bottles convey to filling machine by air conveyor.

Part2. Water Treatment System
Raw water pump
General description
Requested access to the system's raw water has a stable flow and pressure, its purpose is to prevent water fluctuations’ impact on the system operation to ensure the stability of the system.
Quartz sand filter
General description
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health. The effluent turbidity is less than 0.5NTU, CODMN less than 1.5mg / L, iron content of less than 0.05mg / L, SDI less than or equal to 5. Water filter is a kind of "physical - chemical" process, the water through granular materials when isolated filter water impurities and colloidal suspensions. Filter is an effective water purification and treatment of the main process in the preparation of pure water, it is an indispensable process.
Active carbon filter
General description
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants. The structure of activated carbon filters and quartz sand filters, the difference is placed inside the strong adsorption capacity of activated carbon for removal by the quartz sand filter without the filter out organic material, adsorption of residual chlorine in the water, using water more than less than or equal to chlorine 0.1ML/M3, SDI less than or equal to 4, are strong oxidants chlorine, there are various types of membrane damage, in particular, reverse osmosis membranes are more sensitive to chlorine. Precision filter
General description
Particle size in water to remove fine particles, sand filters can remove very small colloidal particles in the water, so that the turbidity reached 1 degree, but still per milliliter of water for hundreds of thousands of particle size 1-5 microns colloidal particles, the pressure on this filter to remove water after the particle size of 100 microns or less in small particles, to further reduce the turbidity, to meet the next process of the water requirements of the protection of the next long-running processes.

★ with bottle neck clipping transmission structure, the bottle conveyance is stable; very convenient and swift to use different bottles for filling in the same machine by adjusting the height of conveyor and several exchanging parts.

★ With spring type washing clipper, empty bottles are turned 180°along the guiding roll for inside rinsing; the washing nozzle adopts plum blossom shape multiple holes to rinse the bottle bottom, washing efficiency is high.
★ Capping machine adopts France technology, the capping is by magnet torque; the cap catching adopts twice catching to ensure the veracity.The capping force is adjustable, constant torque capping will not damage caps and the cap is good sealed and reliable.

★ The whole machine is operated by touch screen, controled by PLC and frequency convertor etc., with functions of no bottle no cap feeding, waiting when lack of bottles, stopping if bottle is blocked or no cap in cap guiding pipe.
Auto cap loader
It unscrambles caps, and conveys the caps to the capping machine with the function of no bottle no cap loading.The height and distance of caps conveying, the time of sterilizing are adjustable.
