Brief Introduction
Vibration fluidized bed dryer/drying equipment is applying vibration on the basis of common fluid bed dryer, generally can be divided into single vibration fluid bed and multi-layer vibration fluid bed, multilayer vibrating fluid bed is the upgrade version of single-layer vibration fluid bed, not only has all the features of the single-layer vibration fluid bed, due to set up a multi-level distribution plate, hot air heating medium can many times through the material layer has made full use of the heat, drying effect is more significant (one-time drying to the final moisture content of 0.1% or less)
Characteristics of the Fluidized Bed Drying Equipment:
1) The drying rate is fast. The drying can be completed in 10-30 seconds.
2)Good drying effect. The material with high moisture content can be dried in one time to the moisture content less than 0.1%.
3)The finished product is of good quality. There is no local overheating and the material is evenly heated.
4) Working conditions are better. The dust recovery rate is over 99%.
5) More energy efficient. Due to the addition of multi-layer distributed plate, thermal media can be fully used.
6)It's smaller. Due to the superposition of multi-layer plates, the land area is only 1/3 of the previous one.
7) It's cheaper than other kinds of drying equipment.

1)Pharmaceutical and chemical industries: All kinds of press tablet and granules, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid and so on.
2)Foodstuff industry: Distiller’s grains, monosodium, edible salt, mine residue, bean seed, mushroom essence, chicken essence, desiccated coconut and so on.
