2. The frame is flat structure, which reduces the center of gravity of the machine, covers a small area, and the frame and shell are welded as a whole, with high bearing strength.

The shell clamshell can be equipped with a large clamshell or a small clamshell according to the model, and the feed pipe, washing pipe, observation port, lamp port and spray system can be set on the cover. It can also be equipped with a nitrogen protection device to ensure that the centrifuge chamber is isolated from the outside air.

Structure And Principle
PS-NC flat-plate type direct-coupled filter centrifuge has a rotating drum as its main component, and a direct-connected motor drives the rotating drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension is brought into the drum from the top feeding tube and thrown to the drum wall under the action of centrifugal force. The liquid phase is thrown to the housing space through the filter screen on the drum wall and the filter hole, collected in the liquid collecting chamber at the bottom of the fuselage and discharged through the liquid discharge pipe, while the solid phase remains in the inside of the filter cloth. If washing is required, wash water is added to the wash through the wash tube. Solids are manually discharged from the upper part.

3. Damping fluid shock absorption system, the shock absorber is made of outsourced stainless steel, which meets the requirements of GMP certification. No foundation installation, (no displacement when the equipment is running).
4. The shell is a large clamshell fully closed form, with a balanced gas spring, a large open cover, with a lamp port, a mirror port, and a feed port.
5. The machine is a clean type of equipment, internal and external polishing, no dead corners, can be cleaned in an all-round way, in line with the requirements of GMP enterprise equipment certification.
6. The inlet and outlet are made of stainless steel clamp quick fitting joints.
