Main Features

PS series filter centrifuge has reasonable structure design, simple geometric shapes which can eliminate the health corners effectively, structural parts smooth transition, the surface polished, external components, fasteners and the parts contacting material are made of stainless steel, the shell is clamshell type, which can thoroughly clean the inter-layer between shell and bowl. Base is the flat structure, reducing the machine center of gravity, small size, the shell and base is overall welded form, bearing’s strength is high. Configuration of liquid rubber damper to reduce vibration, which can realize installation without basing. Shell is clamshell model with a large or small, cover with feed tube, washing pipe, light mirror, observation port, and spray systems, it is also equipped with nitrogen protective devices to isolate the machine chamber and outside air. Direct or external type specific motor, belt drive eliminates potential dust, inverter start smoothly, dynamic braking, the machine is good sealing performance, anti-explosion, can be applied to toxic and flammable, explosive situation.

The upper cover of filter centrifuge

The upper cover has feeding port, cleaning water feeding port, also observe port and light hole. If need explosion proof function, we can add nitrogen feeding port for protection. All the port on the upper cover, the size can be customized.

The liquid outlet of filter centrifuge

Filter centrifuge is liquid bottom discharge equipment. The liquid outlet is at the bottom of machine. The liquid will flow out when separating, all contact parts material is stainless steel. The outlet size can be customized.

The motor of filter centrifuge

The motor connection type of filter centrifuge can be direct or external. We can provide standard normal motor or explosion-proof motor. Normal power supply is 380V 50Hz 3-phase. Different in different country can be customized.

Structure and principleThe plate type direct-connected filter centrifuge has a rotating drum as its main component, and a direct-connected motor drives the rotating drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, and under the action of the centrifuge, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet at the bottom of the plate, and the solid phase remains inside the drum. When the rotary drum filter cake reaches the loading limit specified by the machine, stop feeding. Then the washing liquid is added through the washing tube to wash the filter cake and discharge the washing liquid at the same time.

1. Structure and principlePlate type automatic unloading centrifuge with drum as the main part, the scraper drive, mechanical transmission, housing and other functional components modular design, so that it can achieve multi-function arbitrary combination. The scraper is driven by hydraulic, pneumatic, manual, etc. Start with variable frequency start, electric brake. The motor is driven by the belt to drive the spindle of the drum to rotate and form a centrifugal force field. The separated suspension enters the drum from the top feeding pipe, falls on the cloth plate, and is thrown to the drum wall under the action of centrifugal force. The liquid phase is thrown to the housing space through the filter screen on the drum wall, and the filter hole is collected in the chassis and discharged through the liquid discharge pipe, while the solid phase remains in the inside of the filter cloth. If it is necessary to wash, the washing water is added to the washing through the washing tube. After dehydration, the drum rotates at a low speed, and the solid phase is scraped down by the scraper and discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the drum.

Main featureAutomatic feed control is adopted. The centrifuge is equipped with a material detection device, when the material detection device detects the amount of materials added to the centrifuge to reach the set amount, the signal is fed back to the PLC in the main control cabinet, the PLC completes the work of closing the feed pump and valve, so as to achieve automatic quantification, and the amount can be adjusted (can also complete different amounts of feed).

Structure and principleThe main motor drives the belt pulley to transfer the power to the drum through the triangle belt, making the drum rotate around its axis at high speed, generating centrifugal force field. At the charging speed, the material feed pipe enters the drum and distributes evenly in the drum. After the drum feed reaches the volume, the material level controller acts to stop the feed, and the solid material separated in the centrifugal force field moves to the drum wall at high speed and finally settles.
