The electric cylinder skimming device is equipped with a combination of mechanical limit and electronic signal detection to ensure the accuracy of skimming position. With PLC program control, the stroke of the skimmer pipe is precisely controlled. The light liquid skimmer tube is started by mechanical limit and signal detection, and the heavy liquid skimmer device is started after 5-10 seconds (can be set). After completing the skimming, the skimmer tube automatically resets and enters the next process.

Equipment introduction
The plate type direct-connected sedimentation centrifuge has a rotating drum as its main component, and a direct-connected motor drives the rotating drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The upper part is equipped with a closed cover and a skimming pipe. The feeding pipe from the top center enters the drum under the action of gravity. The liquid phase flows through the inner wall of the drum, and the centrifuge adjusts the rotation.
Overall structure and main features of the equipment
1. Shell and plate part
● Plate base, the base plate can be used as the operating platform, the whole machine has low center of gravity, stable operation. The plate can be used as an operating platform, easy to operate and maintain.
● All stainless steel liquid damping damper foot, can effectively absorb the vibration generated by the equipment, avoid resonance to other nearby equipment, can realize no foundation installation, no need to pre-foundation, just simple fixed.
2. Seal the cover
● Feeding pipe (the whole are made of pharmaceutical grade sanitary pipe fittings).
Nitrogen port (When volatile, flammable and explosive materials are used, nitrogen can be added to the inner cavity of the device for oxygen insulation.)
● Viewing lens port (composed of high purity PTFE seal, tempered glass and fixed assembly, etc.).
● Skimmer device (composed of synchronous conveyor belt, servo motor, encoder, pressure sensor, skimmer pipe, etc.)
3. Turn the drum part
● The rotary drum is made of "reinforced and thickened plate", and the structure and production process of the rotary drum are optimized.
● The high strength welding between the drum wall and the drum bottom makes the whole drum part reach higher strength requirements than the original without strengthening the hoop structure. The rotary drum wall is distributed with filter holes.
● The drum base of the equipment is fully enclosed liner. It ensures that the drum has no exposed iron parts. While strengthening the erosion resistance of the drum, it ensures that the drum part has no dead corner of material storage, easy to clean, and meets the relevant health standards.
● The rotating drum is directly curled by the plate. The welding seam of the cylinder has been inspected by 100% non-destructive testing, and the balance is good by strict dynamic balance detection.
4. Centrifuge main material material
● The base of centrifuge drum is made of casting, and the drum is made of 304 stainless steel;
● Centrifuge top cover, shell barrel and flange are made of 304 stainless steel, the surface is all polished;
● Feeding tube and cleaning tube are all made of 304 stainless steel, the surface is all polished;
● Centrifuge plate is made of carbon steel, lined with 304 stainless steel, the surface of all mirror polishing treatment;
5. Electrical control part
● Explosion-proof motor, and controlled by frequency conversion governor.
● Equipped with electrical control cabinet, inside the frequency conversion governor (can adjust the speed of the equipment), resistance brake unit and other electrical components.
● Inverter with over current, over voltage, overload and other protection functions, and can achieve remote control. The site is equipped with on-site explosion-proof control buttons, with low speed button, high speed button, stop button, emergency stop click button.
● The machine is equipped with a complete set of circuit diagram, wiring diagram and inverter detailed instructions, etc., convenient installation and operation.
6. Automatic in and out of material control device configuration
● Feed is controlled by pneumatic valve and PLC program.
● Material level detection device, can realize automatic feeding and control the amount of feeding. (Mechanical level detection)
● Electric cylinder skimming system, high-precision electric cylinder, can realize automatic extraction of clarifying liquid, accurate control of stroke.
The servo motor drives the electric cylinder and does reciprocating motion to complete the skimming.
