Structure and principle
The plate type direct-connected filter centrifuge has a rotating drum as its main component, and a direct-connected motor drives the rotating drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, and under the action of the centrifuge, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet at the bottom of the plate, and the solid phase remains inside the drum. When the rotary drum filter cake reaches the loading limit specified by the machine, stop feeding. Then the washing liquid is added through the washing tube to wash the filter cake and discharge the washing liquid at the same time.

1. Shell and plate part
● Plate base, the base plate can be used as the operating platform, the whole machine has low center of gravity, stable operation. The plate can be used as an operating platform, easy to operate and maintain.

● Can open the full-turning shell structure, the shell by turning arm, reducer and other displacement system and motor, to realize automatic full-turning shell. The full shell structure is convenient for cleaning and sterilizing the outer wall of the drum and the inner wall of the shell after production. Easy and clean operation. The full tilting system is equipped with limit switch control to ensure that the opening and closing actions are in place, and will not cause damage to the shell due to misoperation.
2. Close the small cover
● Feeding pipe (the whole are made of pharmaceutical grade sanitary pipe fittings).
● washing tube (tube type porous washing tube, with better effect and higher efficiency for material washing and drum cleaning)
● Nitrogen port (When volatile, flammable and explosive materials are used, nitrogen can be added to the inner cavity of the device for oxygen insulation.)
● Viewing lens port (composed of high purity PTFE seal, tempered glass and fixed assembly, etc.).
3. Turn the drum part
● The rotary drum is made of "reinforced and thickened plate", and the structure and production process of the rotary drum are optimized.
●The high strength welding between the drum wall and the drum bottom makes the whole drum part reach higher strength requirements than the original without strengthening the hoop structure. The rotary drum wall is distributed with filter holes.
● The drum base of the equipment is fully enclosed liner. It ensures that the drum has no exposed iron parts. While strengthening the erosion resistance of the drum, it ensures that the drum part has no dead corner of material storage, easy to clean, and meets the relevant health standards.
● The rotating drum is directly curled by the plate. The welding seam of the cylinder has been inspected by 100% non-destructive testing, and the balance is good by strict dynamic balance detection.
4. Centrifuge main material material:
● The base of centrifuge drum is made of casting, and the drum is made of 304 stainless steel;
● Centrifuge top cover, shell barrel and flange are made of 304 stainless steel, the surface is all polished;
● Feeding tube and cleaning tube are all made of 304 stainless steel, the surface is all polished;
● Centrifuge plate is made of carbon steel, lined with 304 stainless steel, the surface of all mirror polishing treatment;
5. Electrical control part:
● Explosion-proof motor, and controlled by frequency conversion governor.
● Equipped with electrical control cabinet, inside the frequency conversion governor (can adjust the speed of the equipment), resistance brake unit and other electrical components.
● inverter with over current, over voltage, overload and other protection functions, and can achieve remote control. The site is equipped with on-site explosion-proof control buttons, with low speed button, high speed button, stop button, emergency stop click button.
