Feature and Application

Our company design and develop PGS series flat plate type top discharge soaking centrifuge for hemp products and market. Compare with normal PS series filter centrifuge, we add these functions:low speed soaking, washing, running keep cool at low temperature. It is batch operation and top discharge manually centrifugal extraction equipment.

 

1) Soaked type drum: The transmission part adopts three-stage sealing device, it can achieve soaking at the drum and filtering separation function.

 

2) Keep cool running: The main drive use low temperature grease and low temperature resistant imported bearings, which can feeding lowest -60℃ ethanol solution. And in the equipment casing to do the cooling cavity, reserve the inlet and outlet, the user can feeding cold source. At the same time, install the jacket, internal filling rock wool (thickness 1-2mm), to ensure the low temperature of the ethanol solution.

 

3) This machine is fully enclosed and has a large open cover structure. The upper cover is provided with ethanol feeding port, washing port, mirror port, explosion-proof lamp port, nitrogen port, etc.

 

4) Explosion proof: The upper cover of the device is equipped with nitrogen port, the user can feeding nitrogen gas (inert gas) from nitrogen generator by himself. Equipped with explosion-proof inverter motor. The electrical part, we provide stainless steel remote main control cabinet and stainless steel control box with PLC and touch screen.

 

5) This machine adopts the frequency converter to achieve smooth and infinitely variable speed starting, braking unit braking, and reliable performance.

 

6) Batch operation: Put the dry material into the drum of centrifuge, feeding ethanol, low-speed soaking, high speed separation, shutdown and discharge whole process.

 

7) Material: The user can choose all stainless steel 304 material or stainless steel 316L.

 

8) Mesh bag: Nylon material, mesh can customized as customers' requirement, suggest 800 mesh.

It is a closed structure with a hidden zipper.

 

9) The feeding port can be equipped with manual ball valve, and the liquid outlet is equipped with a transparent glass to observe the liquid out condition, the liquid outlet is equipped with a manual ball valve. Pipe diameter size can be customized according to user's needs.


10) Operation process

After the power is turned on, put the dry raw material into the filter bag and then put the filter bag into the rotating drum. Open the feeding pipeline for the coolant of the centrifuge chamber, which can be circulated and cooled. At the same time open the valve of ethanol solution feeding port, feeding the ethanol solution to rinse. 

 

When the ethanol solution finish feeding, start the low-frequency state, at low speed about 30-60rpm state is the soaking process, for soaking the material in the drum at low speed, the process selects the time according to the user's needs. 

The factory setting is positive and negative soaking, the forward rotation reverse interval is one minute conversion, the soaking time is 15 minutes, and the material can be fully soaked (select operation according to user needs). 

After soakd, open the valve, make liquid empty in the drum, and then start middle speed or high speed to separate, the user can observe liquid outlet situation to process high speed separation. 

After separate the ethanol out, stop the machine, the rotating speed will down to zero.Discharge the filter bag manually, and finish one batch operation process.
