The decanter centrifuge working principle is: suspension Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solid particles with larger gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the rotating drum. The spiral blades moving relative to the rotating drum continuously scrape the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the rotating drum and push out the slag discharge port. The relative motion between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed, is achieved by the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor.
