Main application
The spray dryer is a type of continuous atmospheric dryer. The liquid material is sprayed into mist with special equipment to make it contact with hot air and be dried. Used to dry some heat sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannins and medicines. It is also used for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.
The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. For liquids with a water content of 70-85% (up to 90% for special materials), they can be dried into powder products at one time, without crushing and screening after drying, reducing production procedures and improving product purity. The product particle size, bulk density and water content can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, and the control and management are very convenient. This type of equipment is the first-selected equipment for pilot trials in scientific research units, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries.
Production technical requirements

2. The tower body is made of 304 material, the inner 304f=1.5mm mirror panel, and the outer 304f=1.2mm mirror panel. Ladder frame mirror stainless steel square tube. The tower body is reinforced with Q235 angle steel and Q235 iron plate. The frame of the dryer is a stainless steel square tube, and a hot air distributor is set on the top of the tower body to observe the lighting lamp. The front of the tower body has a cleaning door and observation windows.
3. The heating system of the dryer is installed on the back of the tower and can be disassembled. The heating is divided into heating pipes and heating chambers. The materials used are all 304 materials. The heating chamber is matched with 304 stainless steel electric heaters with a power of 15KW and a high-efficiency filter.
4. The recovery of the dryer adopts a double-section cyclone separator. Two sets of recovery are installed on the right side of the tower and can be disassembled and cleaned. Equipped with recovery pipeline, butterfly valve, powder collecting bucket. The above contact materials are all made of 304 material.
5. The atomizer adopts electric nozzle housing and spray plate all made of 304 material. The bracket and distributor of the sprayer are all made of 304 materials. The sprayer is installed on the top of the tower.
6. The induced draft fan adopts high-pressure type and uses Q235 material. The induced draft pipe is a stainless steel pipe. All pipe connections are made of 304 quick connectors.
7. The electric control system adopts PLC programming to control the supporting 7-inch color touch screen. Electric control is divided into control box and electric control box. The control box is free-standing or wall-mounted, and the control box is equipped with a touch screen display and a power switch. There are electrical components in the control box, and the electrical control of the electrical control components is common type.
8. The drying machine adopts a peristaltic pump for the material supply, and is matched with the infusion pipe and valve material.
