ZP rotary tablet press machine is a single-pressure automatic rotary tablet press machine developed by our factory. It can press granular raw materials into various ordinary and special-shaped tablets. Mainly suitable for electronics, food, daily necessities, pharmaceuticals and other industrial sectors. The outer shell is fully enclosed, and the material is made of stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard. Equipped with a transparent observation window, you can clearly see the working conditions of the machine and can be fully opened, which is easy to see and maintain the inside.
ZP series rotary tablet press machine is an automatic rotary continuous tablet press machine, which presses granular raw materials into tablets, and can be widely used in round and special-shaped tablets of various specifications such as chemical industry and food.

1. The outer cover is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, and the inner table is made of stainless steel to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination, in compliance with GMP.

5. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank under the main body of the machine. It is a self-contained component that is safely separated and cannot contaminate each other. It also allows the transmission shaft to seep into the oil pool, fully lubricated, and reduce noise and wear.
