  1. 3. The plate type hanging bag centrifuge is based on the rotating drum, and the motor drives the rotating drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis to form a centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, and under the action of the centrifuge, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet at the bottom of the plate, and the solid phase remains inside the drum. When the rotary drum filter cake reaches the loading limit specified by the machine, stop feeding. Then the washing liquid is added through the washing tube to wash the filter cake and discharge the washing liquid at the same time. After the separation requirements are met, the centrifuge drum is stopped, the large clamshell is opened, and the filter bag is lifted out of the machine with the lifting bag tool to the loading site.

               
               

Scope of application

It is suitable for the filtration of granular solid phase, and can be used for dehydration of fibrous material, especially the filtration of high viscosity, fine particle size, toxic and harmful, flammable materials such as: gypsum, thiamine, glauberite, iron sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, methyl fluoride, acetic acid, potassium chloride, soda, rubber additives, dyes, plastic raw materials, fertilizers, fats, various resins, salt, MSG Food additives, starch sugar, vitamins, antibiotics and other drugs, herbicides, insect repellent, copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral powder dehydration, metal refining, acid discharge gypsum, water treatment and so on.


Structure And Principle

The main motor is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation and starts smoothly. The force is transferred to the drum through the narrow V-triangle belt with electrostatic conduction and flame retardant, so that it rotates around its axis at high speed, forming a centrifugal force field. The material enters the drum equipped with filter bag through the upper feeding tube, and the centrifugal force forces the material to be evenly distributed on the drum for centrifugal filtration Through, solid material trapped in the filter bag, after shutdown. Open the shell cover, lift out of the machine to discharge the material at the place of discharge: equipped with a washing tube, you can wash the material.


Structure diagram

3. The upper cover is equipped with a feeding port, a washing port, a nitrogen port and an observation mirror port.

4. The closed cover is opened with a stainless steel balancer, and the hinge rotating shaft is equipped with a uniform force on the supporting member, which will not lead to tensile deformation of the large clamshell. By increasing the sealing ring, the middle piston rod prevents the external corrosive gas from entering the cylinder to corrode the spring and prolonging the service life.

5. External explosion-proof motor, domestic high-quality explosion-proof motor, narrow V belt drive, variable frequency drive, energy consumption braking. Multi-machine speed can be set, and the multi-machine speed can be switched between each other.

6. Bearings using domestic high quality Harbin shaft and Luoyang bearings. The main shaft is made of 40Cr high quality steel.

7. Centrifuge main material:

The base of the centrifuge drum is cast, and the drum is made of 316L stainless steel.

Centrifuge top cover, shell barrel and flange are made of 316L stainless steel, the surface is all polished;

The feeding tube and cleaning tube are all made of 316L stainless steel, and the surface is all polished. 

Centrifuge plate is made of carbon steel, lined with 304 stainless steel, the surface of all mirror polishing treatment.

8. Electrical control part: the main control box is non-explosion-proof type, placed in the general area, on-site explosion-proof control box, can achieve two control. Mainly includes: Siemens inverter, brake resistance, etc.; Other low-voltage electrical components adopt well-known domestic brands. With vibration protection, open cover protection.

9. Provide CIP online cleaning, which can be used to clean the inside of the drum. Nitrogen purge device for cleaning the inside of the drum and the position of the bearing seat.
