Separation principle
The separated materials are input into the heart of the machine, which is the inside of the drum. Under the action of strong centrifugal force, the materials are separated by a set of disc bundles. With the neutral holes of the discs as the interface, heavy slag accumulates in the sediment area; specific gravity The smaller liquid moves along the disc wall into the neutral hole, gathers at the centripetal pump, and is output by the centripetal pump; the heavy slag is discharged regularly; continuous production is implemented.

Electric control
1. The DHN204 separator adopts an outer ring valve type for automatic slag discharge. Its slag discharge action is automatically controlled by PLC. It can perform regular and quantitative slag discharge according to the setting requirements without stopping the feeding. It has a high degree of automation and is adaptable to process adjustments. It has strong properties and is easy to adjust, and can achieve satisfactory separation results.
2. The equipment adopts friction plate transmission and turbine and worm transmission. It is also equipped with a braking device for braking after the equipment is shut down, which can shorten the downtime.
3. The surface of the disc, the inner conical surface of the drum cover, and the inner conical surface of the large piston are polished to Ra≤0.4um. The welds on the upper and lower machine covers are all smooth and smooth with Ra≤1.6um to prevent the slag phase from adhering.
4. The material inlet and outlet are equipped with soft connections and sight glasses with threaded interfaces, and the clear liquid outlet is equipped with a pressure gauge, manual pressure regulating valve and sampling port.
5. The drum body, drum cover and large piston are made of high-strength stainless steel, and the locking ring is made of high-strength chromium-nickel stainless steel.
6. Parts such as the disc, inlet and outlet, and machine cover that are in contact with the material are all made of 304 material.

3. Feeding requirements:

Equipment support and after-sales service
1. The warranty period of the product shall be 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the equipment, and the product acceptance shall be conducted within one month after the equipment arrives at the customer's site;
2. Training: In the process of design, manufacturing, installation, debugging and after-sales service, Party A's technical personnel and operators shall be trained on site until they are proficient, so that Party A's personnel can independently and normally use and maintain the equipment after Party B's personnel leave.
3. During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem of the equipment, Party B shall reply within 24 hours and arrive within 48 hours to solve the problem, and all costs shall be borne by Party B. In case of failure caused by Party A's improper use, Party B shall charge the corresponding cost.
4. Party B will provide quality tracking services irregularly after the completion of installation and debugging.
5. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide free telephone technical support, and charge relevant fees for on-site service according to the actual situation.
