1.Application 

YRTY-30 automatic powder tablet press is mainly used for powder molding of food, tea, two-color, ceramics, metallurgy, mineral materials, disinfectants, detergents, mothballs, electromagnetic products, bath salts, etc. 

2. Features

This machine is a four-column powder molding machine. This press can realize multi-cavity mold pressing and holding pressure, which greatly improves production efficiency. The electrical control system is controlled by a computer system, and the time can be adjusted according to the processing conditions, and two working modes, automatic and manual, can be realized. It mainly consists of two parts: the main engine and the control structure, which are connected through the main pipeline and electrical devices. The main engine includes the fuselage, the main cylinder and the ejector cylinder.

Summarize

This machine is composed of two parts: a host and a control structure, which are connected by pipelines and electrical devices to form a whole. The main engine includes the fuselage, the main cylinder, etc.; the control mechanism includes the hydraulic pump station (power system), the electrical box, and the mobile console. The structure and functions of each part are described as follows:


1. Body

This machine is composed of upper beam, sliding table, column, lock nut and adjusting nut, machine base, etc. A guide sleeve is installed in the sliding block, and the sliding block moves up and down by relying on four uprights as the main frame. The upper beam and the workbench are fixed at both ends with lock nuts. The accuracy of the machine is adjusted by the adjusting nut and the lock nut fixed on the upper beam. The slider and the piston rod of the main cylinder are flanged for users to install molds and machines. The column and piston rod are made of 45# steel, which can extend the service life of the machine.


2. Cylinder

The machine has two upper and lower cylinders and an auxiliary cylinder.

The upper and lower cylinders are made of No. 45 integral forged steel, and the upper cylinder block is fixed to the upper beam by the shoulder of the cylinder port and nuts. The cylinder block of the lower oil cylinder is fastened to the lower beam by means of the shoulder of the cylinder port and the nut. The lower end of the piston is connected with a connecting flange, bolts are connected with the slider, and the material of the piston head is cast iron for guiding. The piston head is connected with the imported YX type sealing ring in the opposite direction, and the 0 type sealing ring is installed on the piston rod to divide the cylinder into two oil chambers; the cylinder is equipped with a guide sleeve, and the outer ring of the guide sleeve is equipped with a 0 type sealing ring , With the help of flanges and bolts to lock to ensure the seal of the cylinder port; a dust ring is installed on the cylinder port flange to ensure the dust-proof of the piston rod. The auxiliary cylinder is responsible for feeding.


3. Hydraulic station

The hydraulic pump consists of an oil tank, an oil pump, a motor, a two-way cartridge valve, an oil filter, and an air filter.

(1) The fuel tank is a Q235 steel welded joint. The front end is equipped with a pressure gauge, and a remote control overflow valve is used to observe and adjust the pressure; the side of the fuel tank is equipped with a level gauge to observe the liquid level; the oil suction port of the oil pump is equipped with oil suction Oil filter to ensure the normal cleanliness of the pump hydraulic system; open the upper cover to refuel, the side of the fuel tank is provided with a cleaning port and the cover can be removed to clean the fuel tank; the side of the fuel tank is equipped with a drain port at the junction of the bottom.

(2) The fuel tank is a steel plate welded structure. After the shot peening and anti-rust treatment, there is a cleaning window on the side of the fuel tank; the fuel mark, air filter, valve manifold, etc. are arranged in order above the fuel tank cover.

(3) The main hydraulic pipes are connected by flanges and equipped with a reasonable layout of anti-vibration pipe clamps to prevent vibration and leakage of high-pressure pipelines. The pipelines are pickled and passivated before installation to ensure the cleanliness of the oil. 


4. Overview of hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is composed of energy conversion devices (pumps and cylinders) and energy delivery devices (tanks and pipelines). With the control of the electrical system, the slider is driven to complete various action cycles. The hydraulic system adopts a double pump oil supply system. The oil filter is installed at the oil inlet of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation of the oil circuit. The system is provided with an oil temperature display, an air filter device, a cleaning window on the side, and a plug for oil discharge and sewage discharge at the bottom.


5. Electrical control system

This machine is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet and a touch screen. The electrical control cabinet is mainly used to install power control components. Such as controlling the total power supply and motor start control components.


6. Operating system

The hydraulic system is composed of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, oil tanks and pipelines. With the help of the control of the electrical system, the actions of various components can be driven to complete smoothly.

In order to ensure the product qualification rate of the pressed parts, this machine is equipped with adjustment actions and semi-automatic circulation process actions:

Adjustment action, jog up and down function is to press the corresponding button to get the corresponding action required, and the adjustment operation is used to adjust the pressure, speed and stroke of various valves for adjustment or when installing molds.


7. Security protection

Standstill and emergency stop button: When an abnormality occurs, press the "rest" button to stop the action, and the "emergency stop" button includes the motor shutdown.
