Feature

This machine makes the peeled peanuts, broad beans, almonds and beans have a high whole kernel rate, the color is white and the surface does not brown, and the protein will not change.

1. It is suitable for mechanized operation of various peanuts, broad beans and almonds. It is one of the most ideal wet peeling equipment at home and abroad.

2. This machine adopts wet peeling equipment, which can soak peanuts, broad beans, almonds and beans with a diameter (thickness) greater than 6mm and less than 12mm, after strict classification and selection, soak in water for peeling

3. The machine's requirements for almonds: blanching in hot water or soaking in cold water.

               

               

Working Principle


1. Preparation: After installing the whole machine, first connect the water source to the sprinkler pipe on the top of the machine cover. Pour 60°C warm water into the 12 parts of the rubber wheel for lubrication. Connect the power supply of 380V to start the motor for 1 second test run, and watch its rubber wheels 12 parts. When turning, when a person stands at one end of the hopper and faces the rubber wheel, the rubber wheel turns upward along the vibrating screen to the working state, and then stops.

2. Operation: Start the machine and pour the soaked raw materials into the hopper, and the machine will automatically enter the peeling state

3. Adjustment: due to the different particle sizes of peanuts, broad beans, almonds, and beans. Therefore, it should be based on the size of the processed peanuts. Adjust the clamping ring 14 of the upper supporting roller so that the axial and radial clearances of the pressing wheel, adjusting wheel, feeding wheel, skinning wheel and rubber wheel are adapted to the size of processed peanuts, broad beans, and almonds. The gap should be neither too large nor too small. Too much affects the peeling rate, and the size not only affects the life of the machine, but more seriously, it cannot work normally. The optimal gap should be less than about 3m of the average diameter of peanuts, broad beans, and almonds.

4. The overlapping position of the blade and the rubber wheel should be about 5m before the transmission shaft 1016 is pressed, and it should be 3m after the transmission shaft 1016 is pressed. The incision depth of the peeled peanuts is generally 2-3m.

5. The amount of feed is realized by the hand wheel. Turn the hand wheel counterclockwise to reduce the feed, otherwise increase the feed amount, the rubber wheel adjusts the friction by the hand wheel.

6. The best distance between the knife holder and the bottom edge of the feed wheel should be equal to the diameter of the raw material to be tested.
