Working principle
The separated materials enter the drum of the separator. Under the action of a strong centrifugal force field, the material passes through the separation interval of a set of disc bundles and flows from the large end of the disc along the surface to the small end of the disc. Solids with larger specific gravity move toward the big end along the disc wall and accumulate in the sediment area. The liquid with smaller specific gravity moves along the disc wall toward the small end of the disc and converges to the centripetal pump. Output by a centripetal pump, the maximum pressure shall not exceed 0.4MPa.
This machine is a ring valve automatic slag discharge type. During its working process, the separation and slag discharge cycles and other parameters (such as slag discharge time, operating water pressure, etc.) can be adjusted according to different materials. Separator features and application range

The power transmission adopts a hydraulic coupling and a pair of spiral speed-increasing gears. The motor starts slowly through the hydraulic coupling to drive the horizontal axis, and then through a pair of speed-increasing helical gears, the vertical shaft and drum rotate within a certain period of time (approximately 6 to 7 minutes) to reach the rated speed, which not only runs smoothly, but also provides overload protection during work.
The slag discharge action of the sliding piston is automatically controlled by computer programs and PLC. It has a high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustments, and easy adjustment, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
